1HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can inquire through the ‘Contact Us’ button on this website or send us an email. Once we receive all the details surrounding your event, we will send over a proposal or quote for your to review. Once you agree to the quote and are confirmed, we’ll send you a contract via email to sign and pay through our portal. It’s super easy & user-friendly!
Please be aware that once your deposit is paid and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rental and time slot, therefore ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANFERABLE.
2HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
In order to secure your date and rental, a 50% deposit is due upon receipt. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event. If you have not paid a deposit, your reservation will not be secured. Please be aware that once your deposit is paid and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rental and time slot, therefore ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANFERABLE.
3WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation requests must be bade in writing by email, mail, or text. We do not provide refunds on deposits and/or payments make toward the remaining balance of your reservation. Please be aware that once your deposit is paid and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rental and time slot, therefore ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
4HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
Our units are rented on a first come, first served basis. We recommend your reserve your unit as soon as possibly can to guarantee that your unit of interest in is available…..as some of our top sellers are rented every week. Generally speaking, most units are booked 3 to 4 months in advance.
5DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS?
Yes, if we can accommodate your request. However, additional fees may apply.
6WHAT ARE THE DIMINSIONS OFTHE FLOWER WALLS?
All of our luxurious flower walls are 8 x 8 works of art.
7DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver, setup and pick up! We do charge a delivery fee based on the location. Inquire with us for an exact cost.
8IS THERE A DELIVER FEE?
Yes, delivery fees may apply depending on your event details.
9WHEN DO YOU SET UP MY RENTAL?
Rentals set up times vary depending on available at the venue and our schedule for the day. Although we may arrive earlier, we generally guarantee anywhere from 1-3 hours prior to an event depending on where your event falls within our deliver schedule for that day.
10HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
The rental price includes a four-hour rental starting when the event starts. Anything over five-hours will be an additional cost per hour.
11CAN I CUSTOMIZE A FLOWER WALL?
Absolutely! We offer customization options to fit your color scheme, brand, theme, or décor. Lead time for a custom wall is at least 4 months in advance and additional fees will apply depending on the items requested. Our creative design team will schedule a call with you to discuss your needs. We want your flower wall or custom backdrop to be perfect for your event.
12CAN I PICK UP THE FLOWER WALL MYSELF?
No, for safety and insurance purposes, we have to deliver the units ourselves.
13CAN I MOVE THE RENTAL DURING MY EVENT?
No, we generally do not allow our flower walls or any of our other equipment rentals to be moved for liability reasons and to prevent the unit from getting damaged. If you would like your rental to be moved during an event, we can arrange ahead of time for one of our staff members to be available during your event to be able to move the unit to your desired location. Please note that additional fees will apply.
14CAN I CUSTOMIZE A NEON SIGN?
Yes, which you’re able to keep after the event. Lead time for a custom neon is at least 4 weeks in advance and additional fees will apply depending on they type and size of the sign requested.
15DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SIGN OPTIONS?
Yes, we offer acrylics, wooden signs, marquee signs, and vinyl signs. Please fill out the form below and provide us with all the details concerning your request and/or visit our custom sign page at for more information.
16WHAT ADDITIONAL SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
In conjunction with our extravagant flower wall rentals, we offer photo booth services, event branding, custom signage, and additional event rentals service options. Please check out each individual service page under our additional service drops down menu.
17CAN YOU LIGHT THE FLOWER WALLS?
Yes, we provide up lighting for our flower walls and other backdrop options. If that is something your interested in. Please review our add-ons page and provide that information in your inquiry for services.
18CAN I VIEW THE UNIT PRIOR TO THE RENTAL?
We store the flower walls in a warehouse that is not open to the public. However, if our time permits, we may be able to schedule a viewing of a sample of the unit. Nonetheless, you can see photos on our website, or we can send you a video of the product you are interested in.
19DO YOU RENT SIGNAGE?
Absolutely! We have various sign rental options for $ 65and up depending on the sign type.
20CAN WE HANG A SIGN ON THE FLOWER WALL?
We do not allow our customers to hang signage up our flower walls; however, if you provide us the sign we would be more than happy to hang the sign for you. Please let us know ahead of time if your interested in our custom signage option, rental signs, or if you have your own sign that you would like to have hung on our flower wall.
